I had some joint pain in my hands, elbows and achilles. Now the pain is gone. I did notice I recover a lot faster from my workouts. I maxed out in Squats 310 lbs about 2 months ago, now my max squat was 345. Yesterday maxed out in power cleans to 215 lbs. 2 months ago, it was 195 lbs. I have not soaked to recover. I have not been sore after these workouts.
